To return merchandise, please call us, 1-800-373-4699, first to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions. No returns will be accepted at our P.O. Box. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number or after 30 days from purchase. Custom orders are not returnable. Goods must be in new and resalable condition. Customer is responsible for the expense of returning goods and all shipping costs unless goods were received as a result of our error. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of eating, toileting, bathing, oral-motor and other hygiene products. Books, CD’s and DVD’s/Videos cannot be returned if opened.
